Shipping Policies

Products ordered will be shipped from our warehouse within 24 - 72 hours of receipt of order by UPS, unless a longer shipping time is stated in the availablity section of the product page.  Please include your street address with your order for UPS delivery.

Return Policies

You may return an unused and undamaged item for refund or replacement within 15 days of the shipment date except those products which are identified on our site as non-returnable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We charge a 20% restocking fee.  Prior to returning you must obtain a Return Authorization Number by calling 601.488.0097 and you will be given return instructions as all orders are drop shipped from our suppliers. You must enclose the original packing slip with your return to insure proper credit.  You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
